- Site Care / Run retainer: $100 to $250/month light, up to $750 to $2,000/month full. Keep systems live and maintained.

Build billing: 40% deposit upfront, 30% mid-build, 30% on handover (or two monthly installments, deposit first). Every client gets a weekly update email.

3. SOP library (6 to 8 documented processes: written doc + Loom + checklist)

5. Design system (brand colours, fonts, and templates in Canva)
6. AI integration (custom AI skills wired into the real work, handed to the client)
7. VA hiring and onboarding (find, hire, and onboard a virtual assistant)
